Given my recent experience with the cookie's taste does not make me an expert on the ingredients. I know some recipes have orange peel in them and those I am told are imitations. I do not know exactly what wafer is or bicarbonate. If people can't find them let me know and I will try to send or bring some back; yes, it is that important.

My chronicles are similar, but instead of business I will be going to Europe for a Graduate level class in International Marketing. The class is scheduled to meet twice a week and the rest of the time is left for my own curiosity and enjoyment.

I will look into it, but if I were you I would definitely try and bring some home...it will probably be way cheaper... also did you find out the difference in the almonds? Hey I asked Melany about some of these ingredients and apparently bitter almonds are illegal in the US. That might be a problem...
Oh and Bicarbonate is just baking soda... thank you chem class.
I did look it up on the net and found that bitter almonds are a different shape and have the bitter taste. I was going to check the health food store. The only place I could find to purchase them was IRAN. The wafer was not specific enough. Can you prowl around and see what they accually use (name brand). Looking forward to the challenge.
